Our meat is hand rubbed with our special mix of spices and hardwood smoked in our pit up to 16 hours. Then it is glazed to perfection with our sauce on the char broiler. The smoked flavor is cooked right in which is apparent from the pinkish smoke ring on the outer layer of meat. So you'll get that authentic tasting, fall off the bone tender barbecue every time.
